PingPlotter is a network troubleshooting and diagnostic tool for Windows. It uses a combination of traceroute, ping, and whois to collect data quickly, and then allows you to continue to collect data over time (over a period of hours, days or weeks) to give you the information you really need to identify problems (both short-term and long-term trends). The tool shows you problems in a graphical format, which allows you to shorten the time it takes to pinpoint a problem.
